Sarah Scheffsky (COO, Legal Counsel, and Director) serves as Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel for Providers Health Solutions. A former U.S. Army Judge Advocate with payer, provider, regulatory, and operational experience, she served as in-house counsel for Vantage Health Plan and advised a multispecialty provider group, outpatient surgery center, and accountable care organization. After earning her MBA, Sarah moved into joint legal and operational leadership. At PHS, she helps convert self-funded strategy into disciplined execution, supporting agreements, compliance, vendor relationships, operational standards, governance, and strategic initiatives. Her combined legal and business perspective helps employers and partners navigate complex healthcare arrangements with clearer accountability, practical implementation, and a focus on sustainable results.
