Chief Executive Officer

Noble Ellington, III (CEO and Director) provides executive leadership for Providers Health Solutions, bringing more than 40 years of clinical, operational, and managed care experience. He began his career as a registered nurse and spent more than 25 years in post-acute leadership before moving into health insurance. During eight years with Vantage Health Plan, Noble helped build value-based and quality incentive programs and led credentialing, network development, contracting, provider services, and provider data. At PHS, he applies this payer-provider perspective to self-funded employer strategies that control healthcare costs without compromising access or quality. Noble helps align benefit strategy, provider relationships, network solutions, medical management, data, and service around the needs of employers, members, and trusted advisors.
