Michal Hale, SHRM-CP, serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Providers Health Solutions. With more than a decade of HR leadership in healthcare and insurance, she understands the workforce priorities that influence organizational performance and employee experience. Her expertise spans HR operations, workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, business partnership, and change leadership. She spent nearly a decade in progressively responsible human resources roles at Vantage Health Plan. At PHS, Michal supports the people infrastructure required to deliver responsive self-funded services while also contributing an employer-focused perspective to benefits conversations. She helps connect organizational strategy, workforce needs, leadership capability, and scalable operations, reinforcing PHS’s commitment to practical solutions and personal service.
